<p>Rate Study Objectives:</p>
<ul>
<li>Evaluate revenue sufficiency and cost equity of existing rate structure</li>
<li>Make water and sewer rates self sufficient</li>
<li>Base rates on cost of service and revenue stability and sufficiency</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for rate fairness and equity</li>
<li>Implement cost justified rates that fully support  system operations, maintenance, repairs, replacements, upgrades and expansions.</li>
</ul>
<p>New Sewer Rates</p>
<p>Beginning January 2010 the sewer rates will increase as follows:</p>

<p>3000 gal. minimum         $45.54                   $59.41</p>
<p>Overage per 1000 gal.        2.63                       8.84</p>
