Be it further stated that Webb Creek Utility District is authorized to provide both water and sewer within approved boundary of the district. Operating expenses and other financial conditions make it necessary that all customers obtaining sewer service will be required to take water service.

Be it further stated that all persons, businesses, entities, etc., applying for sewer service from Webb Creek Utility District shall also be required to purchase water service.

We do hereby place our signatures to attest to this document as official proof that we concurrently and unanimously agree to it’s intent and purpose, and that it be adopted as of this date.
