RESOLUTION 2006-7

We, the Board of Commissioners of WEBB CREEK UTILITY DISTRICT, do hereby adopt the following resolution:

Be it further stated that Webb Creek Utility District water service will not be connected to any property that requires a sewer pumping device that connects to the Webb Creek Utility District sewer system, unless an approved wastewater pump and apparatus is on site and inspected.

We do hereby place our signatures to attest to this document as official proof that we concurrently and unanimously agree to its intent and purpose, and that it be adopted as of this date.
