We, the Board of Directors, Webb Creek Utility District do hereby adopt the
following resolution:WHEREAS; from this date forward the Webb Creek Utility District will be
responsible for the automobile insurance deductible (Not to exceed $500.00) of
any privately owned vehicle in the event of an accident being used for
authorized district business.
