On 7/6/94 Webb Creek Utility District Commissioners adopted the following
policy for requesting and receiving utility line locations.Before requesting utility line locate, form 110 should be filled out
completely and in hand at the time of making request.
When receiving a line locate from Tennessee One Call form 111 must be filled
out completely. The contact person requesting locate must be called if Webb
Creek Utility District does or does not have lines in the area.
