We,
the Board of Directors, Webb Creek Utility District, do hereby adopt this policy
to be effective, as of March 2,1994.
1.
EMERGENCIES:
A. No advance notice is expected by the District.
B. The Fire Department is to notify the Utility District of the property
owners name and street address.
C. Designated official of the Fire Department shall notify the District,
via. . phone or in person, within 12 hours, the estimated amount of gallons of
water used.
1. Written notification of gallons used will be made to the
District from the Fire Chief or designee, within 3 days.

IN NON-EMERGENCY CASES;
A. Water taken from Webb Creek Utility District fire hydrants must be
reported to the district within 12 hours.
B. The Fire Chief or his/her official representative shall notify the
District within 5 working days of “Intent To Burn”,
EXAMPLE: Practice drill, requiring a live fire, search and rescue,
etc. This is to allow for prior approval by the District Manager.
C. Include in the letter, an estimated amount of gallon’s to be used.
D. A notice in writing from the property owner requesting the Department
to use an area or structure for fire practice, should be received by the
District on or before the letter from the Fire Department.
