Webb Creek Utility District is a non-profit public utility chartered in 1979 specifically to serve and meet the needs of its customers for safe drinking water and wastewater treatment. Webb Creek Utility District is run by a board of commissioners. A District Manager is in place to run day to day operations and to serve as an advisor to the board.
